Role Models

by admin on May 23rd, 2010

Role Models is a comedy released in 2008 and directed by David Wain. The movie is about two energy drink salesmen (Seann William Scott, Paul Rudd) who are court-ordered to perform 150 hours of community service as punishment for various offenses.

For their service, the two men work at a program designed to pair kids with adult role models. One kid is a huge dork, the other kid might be Satan himself. At first, the kids hate the guys, and vise versa, but like any predictable Hollywood comedy, they wind up loving each other by the end of the flick.

I still think the Paul Rudd record is in tact. I have yet to see a Paul Rudd movie I didn’t like. Role Models is a pretty funny movie full of quotes you’ll find yourself repeating for years.

“People tend to avoid people in capes.”

This movie is up for consideration to be included in the top nerd movies.
